Free Crochet Basket Pattern — The Mini
Just in time for Easter Baskets! This is a quick and easy Free Crochet Basket Pattern.
Who doesn’t love baskets?! They are great for gifts, organizing around the home and they really warm up a space. I started making baskets for my Etsy store about 6 years ago. I mostly sold the natural white color, but I’m really loving the pop of color these little baskets can add to a space.

Love this pattern! Glad you added the pictures for the 3rd loop – I was confused before seeing them 🙂 This is the first basket I have made. I usually make hats, scarves, and blankets. This was super cute and fun to make! Thanks for sharing!!!

I’m a beginner crocheter and this is my first project after scarves and beanies. I had a lot of fun making this basket. But even with the pictures on round 5 I still I didn’t get the third loop. The bottom of the basket I made is not as flat as your picture. It was fun nonetheless!

Hi Amy! There’s a great youtube video by Moogly explaining how to HDC into the third loop.
